Tracks

Published tracks across every participant in the room. Toggling "Muted" calls the room's mute endpoint for that track. There's no API here for granting one participant a subscription to another's track (LiveKit exposes that as a signaling-side call, not a REST endpoint this service implements), so that's not offered.
